International trading & services
Supply, logistics and delivery across borders.
Gamma Commerce & Industry is an international trading and services company. We source and supply agricultural commodities, construction materials and equipment, run the logistics and procurement behind them, and engineer and build where a project calls for it. Operating since 2007 from Lebanon, with affiliates in seven countries.
What we do
One counterparty from sourcing to delivery.
GCI is organised around getting the right goods and services to the place they are needed. We hold relationships with producers and suppliers, run the logistics and procurement, and — through our engineering team — build where the work requires it.
Our clients are international organisations and governments, project owners and contractors, and industrial and agricultural buyers across the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Source
Supply from producers and suppliers through our own network and our affiliates in seven countries — commodities, materials and equipment sourced to the buyer’s requirement.
Move
International transport, customs clearance and storage coordinated end to end, so cargo and equipment arrive where the project needs them, when it needs them.
Deliver
Delivery to the site, the port or the programme: supplied goods, managed procurement and, where the work requires it, engineering and construction carried out by our own team and affiliates.
Four lines
Trading and services, to one standard.
Two trading lines and two service lines. They share the same network, the same counterparties and, in many cases, the same projects — a materials order and the logistics that move it, or a construction programme and the supply that feeds it.

Who we serve
Built for institutional buyers.
International organisations & governments
Supply and delivery for institutions that need documented, compliant fulfilment. Affiliates in the GCI network are registered with the United Nations (UNGM and UNHCR).
Project owners & contractors
Materials, equipment and logistics for construction and infrastructure programmes — and a construction and project management capability when the programme needs one.
Industrial & agricultural buyers
Commodities and inputs supplied on the agreed specification and schedule, with transport and customs handled as part of the same engagement.
How we work
From brief to delivery.
Four stages, each with a defined output.
Brief
We take the requirement: what, how much, to where, by when, and to what standard.
Source
Suppliers and producers identified through our network and affiliates, and the offer built around the brief.
Move
Transport, customs and storage arranged and followed through to the point of delivery.
Deliver & document
Delivery completed and the document set prepared to the buyer’s or institution’s requirements.
Our network
A network, not a single office.
GCI operates from Lebanon through a group of affiliates in seven countries. That reach puts sourcing, logistics and delivery capability close to where goods are produced and where projects are built.
